Office Scheduler

The Office Scheduler role is onsite in Bakersfield, CA, with hours Monday through Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Manage appointments using cloud-based software
• maintain the master schedule
• communicate reminders and changes
• greet clients and manage check-ins
• assist with onboarding and training schedules
• organize electronic health records
• assist with billing inquiries and data entry
• support filing and supply tasks.
