What you'll do

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs
• recommend additional items as appropriate and apply selling behaviors
• support the shopping environment and store sales initiatives
• keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines
• stock and restock merchandise and transfer products from the stock room
• support sales, profit, and shrinkage-reduction goals
• address guest questions and escalate complaints to a store keyholder
• support inventory control and loss prevention
• follow company policies and procedures.
