The Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) — Day Shift role is onsite in Somerset, PA, part-time, with a 6:45 AM–7:15 PM schedule every other weekend. Compensation is not specified. Somerset Healthcare & Rehabilitation provides resident care in a supportive nursing facility setting. This supervisor provides clinical leadership to nursing staff and helps ensure residents receive safe, person-centered care. The role oversees care-plan implementation, monitors resident conditions, supports staff and daily nursing operations, and coordinates communication and transitions of care.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical direction to nursing staff
• oversee resident care according to care plans and physician orders
• conduct rounds and monitor resident conditions
• administer assigned medications and treatments
• supervise LPNs and CNAs
• assist with staffing, assignments, admissions, transfers, discharges, documentation, unit management, and charge nurse duties as assigned.
