What you'll do

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using available technical tools
• perform warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
• inspect vehicles for maintenance needs
• keep current with technical publications and training
• complete repair paperwork
• return vehicles clean
• communicate courteously with customers.
