The Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Pocasset, Massachusetts. Compensation is $18–$23 per hour, based on education and experience. Cadence Education provides a research-based curriculum in supportive early-learning environments for children and families. Under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher, the teacher supports daily classroom operations and children’s physical, social, emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs. The role helps maintain classroom routines, deliver curriculum, build relationships with families, and follow safety and licensing requirements.

What you'll do

• Support an inclusive classroom environment
• greet children and families
• respond to individual developmental and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral support plans as directed
• assist with curriculum planning and implementation
• communicate with families and colleagues
• follow safety and supervision procedures
• document and report incidents
• support classroom routines and child safety.
