The Lead Civil Engineer role is onsite in Oregon City, OR; The position supports civil engineering projects at ZCS Engineering & Architecture, a multidisciplinary firm that delivers infrastructure and development projects. The engineer manages projects from concept through construction, prepares and reviews design documents, and coordinates with project partners and staff. The role contributes to timely, code-compliant project delivery while supporting public infrastructure, residential, commercial, and campus projects.

What you'll do

• Manage project delivery, schedules, and budgets
• design public infrastructure projects
• perform hydrology calculations and prepare stormwater plans
• lead land-use entitlement and permitting
• review construction documents for applicable codes
• support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and site observation
• coordinate with project partners
• instruct entry-level staff
• perform project manager duties as required.
