What you'll do

• Maintain and troubleshoot UKG and related HR systems
• serve as the primary HRIS contact
• coordinate upgrades, module implementations, and integrations with internal teams and vendors
• develop end-user training and support
• extract and analyze data for reports
• partner with payroll and finance on system support
• lead the HRIS Steering Committee and recommend improvements.
