What you'll do

• Supervise, support, train, and monitor stewarding staff
• wash, sanitize, and store dishes and kitchen equipment
• receive and store kitchen deliveries
• maintain dishwashing stations, kitchen and storage areas
• track dish and chemical inventory
• perform opening and closing procedures
• operate dishwashing equipment safely
• follow chemical handling and sanitation requirements
• remove trash, recyclables, and compost
• assist with basic cleaning and light kitchen setup or prep as assigned.
