Job overview

The Technical Talent Acquisition Partner role is onsite in McLean, VA, five days a week. The base salary range is $50,000–$125,000 per year, with a discretionary bonus potentially available. The role supports Appian’s Talent Acquisition team and its efforts to scale the Customer Success team. This recruiter owns the candidate lifecycle for technical hiring, partnering with senior leaders to build talent pipelines and improve sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and candidate experience. The role also uses recruitment technology, AI, automation, and market data to strengthen hiring and Appian’s employer brand.
