What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• perform maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections
• identify mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues
• install or replace system components
• test system performance
• explain findings and options to homeowners
• complete ServiceTitan documentation
• maintain a clean, stocked service vehicle
• follow safety protocols, EPA guidelines, and company policies
• participate in on-call rotation and support overtime as needed during peak seasons.
