Event Booking Specialist

What you'll do

• Find businesses and groups to host events
• cold call and email prospects
• build relationships with community members and referral partners
• book external events
• follow up with office leads and referrals
• confirm event details and update the team calendar
• track calls, leads, and bookings and report weekly
• thank hosts and invite repeat bookings
• stay in contact with Community Event Representatives
• attend a few in-person events each month.
