What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, court personnel, and the public
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• report suspicious activity, policy violations, and hazards
• respond calmly to incidents and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of public areas, grounds, parking, and perimeter
• maintain activity logs, incident reports, and communication records.
