The BIM Manager role is office-based in Palo Alto, CA, with compensation of $120,000–$180,000 per year. The position supports Limiting Factor Group’s work designing, building, and managing power infrastructure for compute systems and utility providers. The BIM Manager owns building information models and the standards, software, and workflows that coordinate multidisciplinary design teams. The role keeps models aligned through design and construction and delivers verified as-built information for Facility Operations and asset systems.

What you'll do

• Set up and maintain Revit/CAD models across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and civil designs
• write and enforce BIM standards and execution plans
• run clash detection and coordination meetings
• manage common data environments and model exchanges
• produce drawings, schedules, quantity takeoffs, and permit submittals
• maintain equipment-family libraries
• link models to Civil 3D, GIS, and fiber route data
• review contractor models and as-builts
• train engineers and consultants
• evaluate software and automation
• prepare models for Facility Operations and asset tracking systems.
