What you'll do

• Work with trial attorneys through medical malpractice and personal injury cases
• review medical records
• identify and work with medical experts
• draft pleadings, motions, demands, and other litigation documents
• take and defend depositions
• participate in hearings, trial preparation, and trials
• prepare and respond to discovery
• communicate with clients and medical professionals
• contribute to case strategy
• and help move cases from investigation through resolution.
