What you'll do

• Lead employee relations escalations and workplace investigations
• advise managers on performance and conduct matters
• oversee employment-law compliance, filings, and policy updates
• manage leave, benefits, workers’ compensation, and accommodations
• maintain the employee handbook and performance evaluation cycle
• administer HR systems and onboarding/offboarding workflows
• produce HR metrics
• lead and develop HR staff
• partner with the CFO and operations leaders on HR strategy and workforce planning.
