What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• service air conditioning systems, fan coils, air handling units, chillers, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, makeup air units, energy recovery ventilators, water-source heat pumps, controls, and exhaust systems
• explain findings to customers
• identify and address developing problems
• follow OSHA and EPA requirements
• complete accurate paperwork
• provide guidance to newer technicians.
