What you'll do

• Coach scholars on professional readiness, interview preparation, internship performance, and career development
• facilitate professional development sessions
• track progress using rubrics and roadmaps
• collect and report performance and engagement data
• develop student-support systems
• research and apply best practices
• maintain scholar relationships
• coordinate feedback with commercial banking partners
• contribute to scalable program systems.

Why this role
