What you'll do

• Operate a scoop safely and efficiently
• distinguish mine floor from loose accumulated materials
• understand section ventilation
• know scoop components and the location and operation of emergency stops, disconnects, and fire suppression
• follow lubrication and service requirements
• follow safe job procedures, standard operating procedures, company safety policies, and applicable regulations
• properly place batteries on charge and remove them from charge.
