What you'll do

• Train in center administration and daily operational decisions
• assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, reviews, scheduling, timecards, and payroll preparation
• welcome customers and explain services and pricing
• handle complaints
• monitor service-bay workflow and quality checks
• learn point-of-sale and close-out procedures
• track inventory
• perform automotive services including oil changes and brake work
• maintain facility and equipment
• assist with local marketing and community engagement.
