The Front of House Team Member role is an onsite position located in Deerfield Beach, FL. 50/hr plus tips, and this role supports the operations team at Tijuana Flats in maintaining high service standards. This role exists to ensure guests receive an uncompromising food experience in a friendly and fun atmosphere. The team member is responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the shift leader to achieve high food quality standards.

• Ensure Tijuana Flats standards and service levels are met
• provide guests with fresh food and outstanding service
• maintain cleanliness
• support the shift leader
• maintain Serve Safe certification
• lift up to 50 pounds.
