- Prepare and file petitions and applications with USCIS, CBP, EOIR, ICE, NVC, and other government agencies, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, employment authorization, U visa, FOIA requests, provisional waivers, asylum, cancellation of removal, and VAWA petitions
- support clients and work with the team.
