• Support HRIS implementation and administration, including Rippling
• assist with system setup, data migration, documentation, testing, and workflow improvement
• support training programs and learning-platform administration
• coordinate onboarding and offboarding with IT and information security
• provide recruiting backup
• assist with company events and engagement activities
• and maintain employee records.
