The Regional Manager, South Florida Clubs role is onsite across assigned clubs in South Florida, with a listing location of Delray Beach, FL. Base salary is $95,000 per year, plus a quarterly performance bonus with an annual target equal to 20% of base salary. The role leads Lift RF Florida’s Retro Fitness clubs across sales, fitness, and operations. The role exists to improve regional club performance by managing financial results, growing membership and personal-training revenue, developing managers, and maintaining safe, clean clubs. Regular presence in clubs and coordination with Finance, Marketing, HR, and Facilities support execution of company priorities and member experience.

What you'll do

• Manage club and regional P&Ls, budgets, profitability, labor costs, and controllable expenses
• identify variances and lead corrective action
• drive membership sales, lead conversion, referrals, and local outreach
• lead personal-training sales, revenue, renewals, retention, and service delivery
• maintain cleanliness, equipment, safety, staffing, payroll, and member-service standards
• recruit, coach, develop, and retain managers and teams
• resolve escalated member concerns
• review results, create club-specific improvement plans, and report progress to the VP of Operations.

Why this role

Requires 2–3 years leading multiple locations or departments and 3–5 years in fitness, retail, hospitality, or another service-focused environment. CPR certification is required within 30 days of hire. Travel throughout the Florida market may be up to 40%; weekend presence is needed when clubs are behind plan, and urgent leadership needs require availability outside normal business hours.
