What you'll do

• Coordinate and supervise onsite construction activities, workflow, labor, materials, equipment, and schedules
• conduct jobsite meetings and inspections
• track labor and materials and support budgeting
• enforce drawings, specifications, and building codes
• maintain as-built drawings and closeout documentation
• develop and enforce the Accident Prevention Plan and Activity Hazard Analyses
• conduct safety inspections, orientations, and incident investigations
• manage the three quality-control phases
• review submittals and test results
• maintain QC plans, logs, and reports
• coordinate with subcontractors, testing agencies, and government inspectors
• prepare daily reports and support project closeout.
