What you'll do

• Prepare the work area and assign employees to workstations under supervisor direction
• cover department positions as needed
• use boosting profiles and voltmeters
• manage incoming and outgoing product
• direct and train employees
• promote efficiency and reduce scrap
• perform product-component repairs and minor preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot equipment
• track production and scrap
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• report unresolved issues to supervisors.
