What you'll do

• Manage user access, provisioning, de-provisioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• liaise with end users and business contacts about access needs and timelines
• perform Epic provisioning and security tasks
• follow security policies and stay informed about changes
• research and resolve routine access issues
• collaborate with the Identity and Access Management team
• confirm required Epic training and approvals before granting access
• identify process improvements
• maintain working knowledge of Data Courier
• participate in 24/7 support call.
