Affordable Housing Regional Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee portfolio operations and site staff
• coordinate communication among corporate staff, site staff, owners, investors, and agencies
• review and submit owner reports
• prepare sites for audits and develop responses to deficiencies
• oversee occupancy, tenant relations, inspections, and compliance
• develop budgets and monitor financial performance
• manage staffing, training, and performance reviews
• coordinate maintenance, capital budgets, vendors, and safety requirements
• travel to properties and the corporate office as required.
