What you'll do

• prepare new patient charts and paperwork
• greet patients and visitors
• complete registration and patient portal education
• collect payments at check-in and check-out
• complete day-end review and reconcile daily batches
• answer and direct calls
• schedule follow-up appointments
• record messages and document in athenaNet
• monitor assigned inboxes
• work at different Tryon office locations as needed
• verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
