Vice President of Programs

What you'll do

• Provide strategic leadership and program management direction across company programs
• oversee Program Management Directors and portfolios
• manage program cost, schedule, and technical execution
• assist with proposal writing and review
• report key performance indicators
• communicate with engineers, customers, subcontractors, and vendors
• collaborate with contracting, purchasing, and compliance teams
• review government contract terms affecting programs
• develop program management processes
• mentor and direct the Program Management Team.

Why this role

Requires a STEM bachelor’s degree and 15 or more years of program management experience; a STEM master’s degree may substitute for five years of experience. The role requires supervisory experience, ability to travel, and ability to work outside normal business hours. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency and ability to receive a U.S. security clearance are required.
