What you'll do

• Perform common home repairs and improvements, including drywall patching, minor carpentry, fixture installation, and exterior upkeep
• complete painting and finishing work
• inspect and maintain residential property components
• identify problems and communicate repair recommendations
• provide professional customer service
• follow safety and quality practices
• maintain tools, equipment, materials, and company vehicles
• and document work using company software.
