What you'll do

• Process transactions for game cards, games, equipment rentals, merchandise, and court reservations
• answer calls and greet customers
• demonstrate games and promote their use
• coordinate training for part-time staff and supervise non-management duties
• create promotional content
• maintain equipment
• sanitize touch points
• open or close the facility
• complete register procedures and inventory reports
• assist with event setup and teardown
• resolve customer complaints.
