The Registered Dietitian – Geriatrics role is hybrid in Gainesville, FL, with pay of $28–$30 per hour. CSR Nutrition provides nutrition care in long-term, assisted, and independent living settings and describes its approach as compassionate and evidence-based. The dietitian provides nutrition assessment and medical nutrition therapy, documents care, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ nutrition needs. The role also contributes to dietary-service oversight, audits, quality initiatives, and telehealth consultations.

What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and interventions
• deliver medical nutrition therapy in alignment with CMS and AHCA standards
• complete charting for initial, quarterly, annual, post-hospitalization, and significant-change events
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings
• conduct kitchen, supplement, and dining audits and lead QAPI initiatives
• oversee dietary services and accurate menu implementation
• provide telehealth consultations and document using EMR systems and NFPE practices.
