What you'll do

• Make warm outbound calls to local homeowners
• respond to inbound seller inquiries
• follow up consistently
• identify seller motivation, timing, and expectations
• gather property details and confirm county-record information
• qualify opportunities
• set appointments and hand off leads to Acquisitions Managers
• track calls, notes, and follow-ups in Salesforce
• maintain accurate lead records
