What you'll do

• Answer phones
• set up new-patient visits and collect patient information
• check in patients and monitor the daily schedule
• schedule continuing-care and treatment appointments
• enter insurance information and verify eligibility and benefits
• submit insurance claims and prior authorizations
• collect and post patient payments.
