Activities Assistant

The Activities Assistant role is onsite in Framingham, MA, for $18–$21 per hour and 32 hours per week. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour. Bethany Health Care Center is an 84-bed skilled nursing facility recognized for its resident-care approach and supports residents through person-centered programming. This role exists to enrich residents’ lives by planning and leading activities that support physical, cognitive, social, and emotional well-being. The assistant tailors programs to residents’ interests and abilities, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and maintains activity documentation.

• Plan, coordinate, and lead activities that promote residents’ physical, cognitive, social, and emotional well-being
