Parts and Shipping Coordinator

The Parts and Shipping Coordinator role is onsite in Massillon, OH; compensation is not specified. PPS-HPS is seeking support for parts and shipping operations in a manufacturing environment. This role keeps aftermarket parts and materials moving from the warehouse to customers and production by preparing orders, processing shipments, tracking inventory and backorders, and supporting accurate, timely delivery.

What you'll do

• Expedite aftermarket parts and prepare orders
• pick, pull, and stage parts
• process shipments and maintain inventory using Navision
• issue materials to production and confirm daily shipments
• monitor backorders
• perform weekly cycle counts and maintain shipping performance records
• follow export, Hazmat/IATA, ISO, and company safety procedures.
