What you'll do

• Support attorneys on bodily injury and insurance defense cases
• draft, revise, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• manage calendars, deadlines, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• coordinate depositions, court reporters, experts, and witnesses
• e-file in state and federal courts
• maintain electronic case files
• communicate with clients, adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• organize exhibits and trial binders.
