Interventional Pain Management Physician

The Interventional Pain Management Physician role is onsite in Salem, OR, with a base salary of $350,000–$400,000 per year plus a performance-based bonus. The role supports Black Stone’s established Salem pain management practice, which provides comprehensive, patient-centered care. The physician evaluates and diagnoses acute and chronic pain, develops individualized treatment plans, performs appropriate interventional procedures, and monitors patient progress. The role contributes to continuity and quality of care through patient education, accurate documentation, and collaboration with advanced practice providers and other healthcare professionals.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and diagnose acute and chronic pain
• review histories, examinations, diagnostic studies, and records
• develop individualized treatment plans
• perform diagnostic and therapeutic injections and other appropriate interventional procedures
• order and interpret laboratory studies as clinically appropriate
• educate patients and families
• monitor treatment effectiveness and progress
• coordinate care and referrals
• maintain medical documentation
• follow applicable regulations and clinical standards.
