Job overview

The Food Runner role is onsite in Houston, Texas. Compensation is $3 per hour. Aroma’s food runners support service execution and help deliver quality, comfort, and approachable Italian hospitality. The role helps maintain service pace and presentation by delivering dishes accurately from the kitchen to tables and coordinating with servers and service leadership. It also supports table clearing, station organization, and opening and closing procedures as assigned.

What you'll do

• Deliver food promptly and accurately according to presentation standards
• verify dishes against tickets, including modifications and allergen handling
• communicate table numbers, timing, and special instructions to servers
• assist with plate presentation and placement as directed
• clear plates between courses in coordination with service pacing
• maintain runner stations, pass areas, and service corridors
• support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
