What you'll do

• Lead the headquarters team and oversee international member-facing teams
• manage hiring and performance matters
• conduct weekly coaching and team meetings and monthly international check-ins
• handle escalated member complaints
• collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve complex issues
• develop service initiatives
• coordinate communication and process improvement
• maintain knowledge of service tools.
