What you'll do

• Provide direct supervision to second- and third-shift assembly personnel
• coordinate with associate supervisors and manufacturing leaders
• monitor production, staffing, quality, downtime, and results
• recruit, train, coach, develop, and evaluate direct reports
• address employee concerns
• support continuous improvement and 6S
• conduct team meetings
• assist with budgets and resource planning
• ensure ISO 9001 and safety compliance
• lead during emergencies.
