What you'll do

• Patrol properties and surrounding areas for non-compliance, suspicious behavior, or unsafe conditions
• investigate disturbances
• manage aggressive or violent behavior
• verbally warn individuals about rule infractions
• guide or escort aggressive persons to safety
• use approved techniques to diffuse or control behavior when necessary
• secure aggressive individuals in a safe position until law enforcement arrives in emergencies
• provide safety updates during staff meetings as required.
