Warehouse Supervisor

What you'll do

• Oversee package receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch
• conduct building and vehicle inspections
• lead team meetings and assign duties
• allocate labor
• assess performance and coach associates and drivers
• train staff on standard operating procedures
• coordinate contractor onboarding and dispatch
• use warehouse systems and reporting tools to track inventory, exceptions, and performance
• manage community access devices
• resolve customer experience tickets
• reinforce safety
• maintain an organized work environment
• serve as an onsite contact for residents, vendors, and agencies
• escalate operational barriers and provide Warehouse Manager coverage as needed.

Why this role
