What you'll do

• Manage project controls processes and cost/change control
• review and track change orders, contingency, budgets, invoices, and payment applications
• produce progress, management, earned-value, and review reports
• coordinate proposals, contracts, purchase orders, supplier delivery plans, and project closeout
• reconcile costs and maintain benchmarking records
• track project documents
• attend cost, change-control, and risk meetings
• monitor schedule progress and QA/QC.
