The Pre-K/Transitional Kindergarten Lead Teacher is an onsite, part-time role in Dallas, TX, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour. The teacher works with the PCBC Day School Director to implement the school curriculum.

What you'll do

• Develop and adjust course outlines and objectives in line with curriculum guidelines and school goals, adapting plans based on student assessments. Provide instructional feedback, coaching, and classroom guidance
• organize outdoor learning activities
• document student learning and behavior
• communicate with parents
• maintain a safe, clean classroom
• and report significant incidents to the Day School Director. Complete required annual training and maintain required certifications.
