Senior Software Engineer — Full Stack

The engineer owns a product surface or significant system end to end, translating ambiguous problems into reliable software and coordinating with product, clinical, and operations stakeholders. The work supports healthcare data exchange, provider tools, and systems used for eligibility, claims, authorizations, and analytics.

What you'll do

• Own architecture, reliability, and technical direction for a product surface or system
• deliver full-stack features from database schema and API through React UI
• decompose complex work
• design data models and integrations
• use SQL to investigate healthcare data and build reporting
• perform safe schema and data migrations
• improve logging, alerts, and runbooks
• build authorization, audit trails, and PHI minimization into designs
• collaborate with product managers, practice managers, and clinicians
• handle production incidents
• mentor and review code for junior and mid-level engineers.
