This role drives roadmap planning and execution for shared platform capabilities that power the digital ecosystem, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational excellence. The manager partners with cross-functional teams to identify priorities, define requirements, and deliver capabilities that advance organizational objectives, leveraging data and customer insights to inform product strategy and drive continuous optimization.

What you'll do

• Define product strategy and vision
• develop product roadmaps from ideation to launch
• evaluate business process changes and system impacts
• develop business cases for new products
• manage and avoid technical debt
• facilitate product team and stakeholder groups
• coordinate resolution of inter-squad and external dependencies
• perform internal and external discovery
• prototype and validate with end users
• track outcomes and key performance indicators
• prioritize work backlog
• collaborate on competitive and user research
• lead feature demos for stakeholders.
