What you'll do

• Perform general building repairs and preventive maintenance
• complete basic construction, carpentry, framing, trim, and repair projects
• maintain grounds, parking areas, entrances, fencing, gates, signage, and common areas
• perform painting, patching, caulking, and finishing
• assist with minor plumbing repairs within skill level
• perform basic welding and fabrication repairs when qualified
• support facility upgrades and improvement projects
• inspect property and assets
• maintain tools and supplies
• conduct walkthroughs and coordinate projects across four locations
• report safety concerns and repair needs.
