What you'll do

• Provide customers with product, pricing, availability, and technical information
• identify and qualify leads through calls, email, and research
• develop product knowledge
• prepare sales quotes with the Area Sales Manager
• maintain customer relationships and follow up
• identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• research market trends
• collaborate with marketing, external sales, product managers, vendors, and other stakeholders
• participate in product and industry training
• attend training with occasional travel as required.
