What you'll do

• Process high-volume vendor invoices and perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Prepare weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain AP records, communicate with vendors and internal departments, follow company policies and internal controls, assist with month-end accruals and reconciliations, support audits, and identify process improvements.
